### Extraction-only focus

Tooth removal is all we do — Routine (D7140) $299 per tooth, Wisdom (D7210) $399 per tooth, Limited evaluation + x-ray (D0140 + D0330) $49.

### Same-day in most cases

Your patient is typically seen and treated the same day. IV conscious sedation available by appointment after a limited evaluation + x-ray.

### Walk-out statements

We don't bill insurance, but every patient leaves with an itemized walk-out statement they can self-file.
